Refund policy

Before shipping, all our products undergo a thorough inspection process. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for used items. Nevertheless, we have a policy to replace or refund any product that is damaged during shipping. To qualify for a replacement or refund, you must send photographic proof of the damage to info@astaralux.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
